Tanya Gow

Tanya has always known she wanted a career that would involve working with animals as this is her true passion. After working a few years in retail at a pet store and volunteering/fostering for animal rescues, she decided to apply for a position at Blueberry Creek Veterinary Hospital. In January 2019, Tanya became a Kennel Assistant and this opened up her eyes to what she really wants to become, a Veterinary Technician. She has continued to complete courses while working, striving to achieve her career goals and especially enjoys learning about animal behaviour.

Tanya and her fiancé, Steven, are proud new parents to their baby girl Elena. They also have 2 fur-babies (Siberian Huskies), Zoey and Blaze. As a family, they enjoy the outdoors and are often gone to the lake, camping, fishing, hiking, and sitting around a bonfire.
